How Invisalign Works

First, Dr. Garner will complete a comprehensive oral exam to determine if you’re a good candidate for Invisalign. If you are, then he will create a series of clear aligners. In order to stay on track with your treatment plan, you need to wear each one for 20-22 hours a day and for 1-2 weeks at a time. Every 6-8 weeks or so, you’ll also return to our office so we can take new scans and make sure your teeth are moving as anticipated. Once we’ve achieved the desired results, we will provide you with a custom retainer so your teeth don’t drift out of alignment in the years to come.
